Omelet Macaroni

Ingredients

  • 50g boiled Macaroni
  • 2 tbsp Blue Band
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ Royco Chicken wrap
  • ¼ onion, diced small (30g)
  • Tomatoes, seeded, cut into small cubes ½
  • 20g Grated cheese
  • Pinch of teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tbsp Corned beef

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together until well mixed.
  2. Heat the Blue Band in a pan.
  3. Create a thick omelet with low heat, turn until golden yellow.
  4. Serve with toast.
